Pine Lake Behavioral Health is amazing! They will assess and meet your needs. They listen to you and take the time to do so. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment when needed. They have a wide range of services available for everyone. They go above and beyond to help and I am very thankful for them! Highly recommend Pine Lake Behavioral Health!

Either this place is poorly managed and clique-y or I got serious duds on both the therapy and psychiatry sides of the building. Dr. Fuerher couldn't be bothered to get a message back to me about an adverse side effect to a medication she prescribed for over 2 weeks and Madame Australia had drooped me as a client without notifying me in any way. Essentially, I would call in every 2 weeks to confirm my appointment, but the front desk would be confused and have to reschedule me each time which almost made me lose my job. It was a real disaster. Never going back

If I could, I would be giving zero stars. I took my son into an appointment as a new patient. He was struggling bad with depression including suicidal thoughts, anxiety and also has adhd and ASD. We arrived 10 min prior to our appointment, waited for 55 minutes being told "we're running behind so sorry for the wait". Finally get called back 45 minutes past our appointment time. Took just over 5 minutes for them to get vitals and finally get us back to the doctor. She asked what meds he was taking, why he didn't want to take what he was and when him and I both mentioned they were making him sick to his stomach, she brushed it off. Told us to keep him on what he was, she didn't have enough time to do any of the questionnaires she would do at a new patient appointment, so we would get to that the next appointment in a month and no changes to anything else. Roughly 5 months later I received a bill for about $1600 from them saying that I needed to pay in full immediately or it would go to collections. I called them the same day to make a payment, brought up my concerns of this being the first bill I had received (supposedly their system said otherwise) and that I was not okay paying over $600 for a new patient appointment that we didn't even get. We had less than 10 min with the doctor, zero concerns addressed, literally nothing done in the appointment so why would I be charged the full appointment. Agreed on half to get them off my back, but instead they continued to apply payments to that appointment which all of a sudden reappeared on the next bill and refused to discount it again. So - if you want to go to an office that will charge you for appointments you didn't get, brush off concerns of children and their parents and ultimately waste time and money. I guess this is the office for you. Otherwise I would suggest finding someone else to work with. Any wait would be worth finding an office and doctor who actually cares about you and not your money.

This place has anything and everything you could possible hope for to help you or your loved ones with mental health. The receptionist are all very kind and helpful. The facilities are very clean. The therapists are the very best and my life has improved by leaps and bounds since I have started talking to people here. My only regret is that I didn’t take my issues seriously sooner than I did. No matter what you need help with don’t hesitate to reach out. You won’t be disappointed.

Hands down the best place in town. The entire staff is great everyone treats you like they would family. Highly recommend for all your medical needs. Everyone from the front desk, the nursing staff, counselors, to the physicians all top shelf. They have a great pharmacy also Genoa is my favorite place to have my RX filled. Honestly can't say enough positive things about them. They truly go the extra mile.
